Adult/Teen class focuses on getting physically fit by increasing our cardiovascular fitness, improving muscles, flexibility, confidence, and energy. On top of that, it is a good way to relieve stress.
Adults can get their black belts too! NEVER GIVE UP!
Each class invovles kicking, punching, self defense, forms, and stamina. On top of that, in order to have a well rounded cirriculum for our students, we divide each month into weeks.
Our Little Tiger's class focuses greatly on instilling a sense of respect, confidence, and discipline into our students from a young age. They will be able to develop a strong work ethic and grow a mindset of perseverance while being surrounded with other students similar in age and experience.
